Every module here has one of three plan sizes, drawn to one scale below. Seven of the nine share the 20 ft footprint, and the double office is two of those side by side.

Stacks three levels high
The steel frame is classified to EXC2 under EN 1090-1. Floor load is 200 kg per square metre. Characteristic snow load is 1.6 kN per square metre. Three levels is what the manufacturer documents. We publish no figure above it.
Bolts together sideways
Two modules 2 438 mm wide bolt into one room 4 886 mm wide. That is how the double office with a corridor is built, and its catalogue width says so.
