Blue Light & Government

Fire, police and government infrastructure built to be used hard, every day, for twenty years.

  • ISO 9001
  • EN ISO 3834-2
  • EN 1090-1 EXC2
  • CSC approval
  • EI / REI 30 to 90 min certified builds

The brief

Fire brigades, police services and the state buy equipment that gets abused. Tanax has delivered a multi-type fleet of ISO modules to a single national fire and rescue service: WC and shower blocks, laundry, material transport, septic, water and fuel tanks, plus the platforms they sit on, all in one livery, all stackable three high. It has delivered a fitted police training campus under EU co-financing. It builds live-fire training modules with +800 °C internal coatings, and hazmat stores certified to 90 minutes. The common thread is a stainless or coated interior that survives daily pressure-washing, a structure that survives being craned twice a week, and the documentation a public buyer is audited against.

FAQ

Questions procurement asks

Can you certify 90-minute fire resistance?

Yes, for the as-built assembly, with certificate. That is different from a material class and we quote it as such.

Why stainless interiors?

Because a fire-service sanitary unit gets pressure-washed daily. 1.5 mm AISI 304 on the walls and 3 mm on the floor is what is still serviceable in ten years.

Are the modules stackable?

Yes, ISO 1CC, three high loaded, with ISO 1161 corner castings.

Do you build to our own drawings?

Yes, and we review them first and tell you in writing where they contradict themselves. That review is included.

What warranty?

24 months as standard on our own build, extendable, with a spare-parts list at handover.

Do you supply the roll-off frames and platforms too?

Yes, as part of the same package.

Do you deliver a whole facility, or just modules?

Both. On a training campus our scope has run from the architectural design through delivery, assembly, electrics, HVAC and camera provisions to the acceptance protocol.

Send us the specification. A drawing, a tender annex, or three sentences.

You will get a written review of it inside a week, whether or not you buy anything.
