Overview
Overview
We design, build and customise military command containers to your specification. A command container is a deployable, hardened shelter that turns a prepared site into a working command post: integrated workstations, communications fit-out, climate control, power and the structural protection a forward role requires. The shelter is engineered, built and fitted out on our line, so it arrives transportable, weatherproof and ready to operate rather than as a shell to be kitted out in the field.
This is the full range a command and control buyer needs, customised to the brief: single-cell command posts, multi-cell command nodes joined into one operations room, communications and equipment shelters, and rapid-deploy variants sized for movement by truck, rail, sea or air. Command-post work runs through our custom and special-purpose track, the same EN 1090-1 EXC2 line and AQAP 2110 documentation discipline behind our government defense supply, and is handled under our Slovak Defense Trade License with secure handover.
The advantages are readiness and protection. The shelter is built indoors against a fixed specification, EMI shielding and TEMPEST measures are engineered into the build rather than retrofitted, and the unit is sized from the outset for the transport mode and the threat environment it will face.

Build standard
Construction and materials
A command container is built on a hardened version of our special-purpose and custom envelopes, then fitted out for operations. Common build elements:
Envelope
EN 1090-1 EXC2 steel frame and body, hot-dip galvanised substructure on request, ISO 1CC corner castings for transport and handling.
Protection
reinforced wall and roof build-up, fire-rated detailing to EI 30 or REI 30 on request, blast and fragment provisions where the role requires.
Shielding
EMI shielding and TEMPEST measures, shielded entry panels, filtered penetrations and bonded earth, engineered into the build.
Fit-out
command-post desks and workstations, map and display walls, cable trays and conduit, equipment and communications racks, blackout and light-discipline detailing.
Climate and power
heating and air conditioning sized to the occupied load, CEE inlets, generator-ready inlets, automatic transfer switching, IP-rated fittings and RCD protection.
Access and security
hardened door sets, access control, intrusion detection and camera preparation, no vision panels where the role demands.
Mobility
lifting and lashing points proof-loaded to spec, skid or trailer sub-assemblies, configured for road, rail, sea or air movement.
Finish
ISO 8501 Sa 2.5 surface preparation, two- or three-tone livery, low-visibility coatings on request.
Certified
Certifications and norms
The execution class and the defense-quality chain are the headline. Run on the same line:
- EN 1090-1 EXC2 (execution class for the steel structure)
- EN ISO 3834-2 (welding, production level)
- EN ISO 9606 welder qualification (MAG 135 and related processes)
- AQAP 2110:2017 (NATO quality assurance)
- NSPA NATO CAGE 4094M for defense supply
- Slovak Defense Trade License and Military Aviation Vendor Approval for cleared programmes
- ISO 8501 Sa 2.5 surface preparation, EN ISO 12944 corrosion protection
- EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates on traceable steel
- ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental management
EMI and TEMPEST performance targets and any programme-specific standards are confirmed at the specification stage and engineered into the build under NDA.
Deployment
Typical use cases
Forward command post
A single-cell, rapid-deploy shelter that establishes a working command post on a prepared site, hardened and climate-controlled.
Configure
Customisation options
Anything we can cut, weld, shield, fit out and finish inside the hall can be specified. Common deviation routes:
reinforced build-up, EI 30 or REI 30 fire rating, blast and fragment provisions, hardened door sets.
Lead time
Lead time and delivery
A command container runs on a 10 to 16 week custom schedule from signed-off drawings to ex works dispatch, with shielding and acceptance testing inside that window.
Specification and NDA
within 24 hours of first contact, before sensitive drawings or programme detail leave your side.
Quotation
3 to 10 working
a fixed price and lead time, typically within 3 to 10 working days.
Engineering
shop drawings, shielding design, BOM, weld procedures, customer sign-off gate before steel is cut.
Production and fit-out
envelope, protection, shielding, fit-out and systems built indoors.
Acceptance
shielding, electrical and climate systems tested before dispatch.
Delivery
EXW Bánovce nad Bebravou as default, DAP and DDP on request, with secure handover and the as-built dossier, including export and dual-use checks where they apply.

Reference deployments
The deployments below are described by country and sector only, in line with our anonymised reference policy. Configuration detail is indicative.
Slovakia, government defense sector
- Containers supplied under a government defense framework, a subset office-fitted as PIR sandwich command-post variants
- EN 1090-1 EXC2 steel, hot-dip galvanised undercarriage, double cam-locking end doors, marine plywood floor, RAL exterior livery
- AQAP 2110, EN ISO 3834-2 welding, NSPA CAGE on the supply chain
- Use case: command-post and support modules within a national defense framework
This is the genuine adjacency behind the command-container offer: command-post variants delivered through our defense framework supply, on the same line and under the same quality chain.
Central Europe, emergency-management agency
- Transportable command and coordination shelter for a civil-protection role
- Climate control, power with generator-ready inlet, workstations and communications fit-out
- Hardened door set, access control and camera preparation
- Use case: mobile coordination point deployable to an incident site
The same shelter discipline serves civil crisis response, where a mobile, self-sufficient coordination point is the requirement.
Western Europe, defense training establishment
- Relocatable command facility for exercises and range control
- Reinforced envelope, EMI-shielded communications cell, two-tone livery
- Use case: exercise and training command that redeploys between sites
Training and exercise command rewards a hardened, relocatable facility that sets up quickly and moves with the programme.
