Tanax holds AQAP 2110, is a registered defence supplier with a CAGE code, and holds a national defence trade licence. The engineering is the same as the accommodation line; the assurance, the coating and the documentation are not.

How it is built
The decisions behind the numbers
On EMI and TEMPEST: Tanax does not hold an EMI or TEMPEST test capability and does not integrate the electronics. Tanax builds the shelter, the shielding provisions and the mounting, and works with an electronics partner for the shielded fit-out and its verification. That is the position, stated plainly rather than implied as an in-house capability.
Blackout lighting is a four-mode system, not a switch.
Normal white at the task level, blackout in the 625-650 nm band, an automatic mode, and three hours of battery emergency. Every module in a camp set carries it, and it is one of the details that separates a defence module from a site cabin.
Coating is CARC, and the thickness is measured.
RAL 6003 olive green matt over a documented build, with anti-corrosive thickness of at least 160 µm on camp modules and verification per ISO 2808. The measured report goes with the unit.
Sets, not units.
A camp arrives as a set: accommodation cells, corridor modules that carry the fire-protected access route, men's and women's sanitary, laundry, a two-container kitchen, a refrigerated module with its own generator, potable water and wastewater tank containers, a fuel tank container, generator containers and a power distribution container. Tanax delivers the set, connects it, levels it, commissions it and hands over SK and EN manuals. On one framework that meant 40-container sets going up in about ten working days.
Documentation is half the contract.
Design package, integrated logistic support package and analysis, verification and validation plan, train-the-trainer package, and a spare-parts and obsolescence commitment measured in decades rather than months. Design availability targets repairability inside eight hours. Tanax builds to that documentation regime.

Do you hold defence quality accreditation?
Yes. AQAP 2110 alongside ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EN ISO 3834-2, with EN 1090-1 EXC2 for the steel. We are a registered defence supplier with a CAGE code and hold a national defence trade licence.
Can you deliver a whole camp?
Yes. Accommodation, sanitary, laundry, kitchen, cold chain, water, waste, fuel, power generation and power distribution, plus storage, delivered and connected as a system.
Do you do EMI or TEMPEST shielding?
We build the shelter and the shielding provisions. Verified shielded fit-out is delivered with an electronics partner. We will not claim a capability we do not test in-house.
What is CARC RAL 6003?
The matt olive-green chemical-agent-resistant coating standard used on defence equipment. We apply it and measure it per ISO 2808.
How fast can you install?
