Power of the data center module
The technical room holds the power chain: the incoming supply, the architecture from single path to 2N, the conversion to -48 V DC and 230 V AC, the batteries and the distribution to every rack.

Input
400 V AC, 3-phase, 50 Hz, TN-S. The incoming supply is metered, and so is every load section downstream.
From N to 2N
The architecture is chosen per project: a single path (N) where the site accepts it, up to 2N with two independent A/B paths, a generator input and two automatic transfer switches in cascade. An emergency power off (EPO) is part of every configuration.
Conversion
A modular power system with guaranteed -48 V DC and 230 V AC outputs: hot-swap rectifier and inverter modules, and battery strings per side. Where the IT is pure AC, a conventional AC UPS takes its place.
Batteries
VRLA or lithium-ion, with the autonomy sized per project. A solar input through DC chargers is an option for sites with their own generation.
Distribution
Per-rack DC and AC distribution with fuse-switch disconnectors, optionally monitored PDUs, and metering on the incoming supply and on every load section. The power cabinets stand in the technical room, behind the EI 60 partition.

Questions procurement asks
Why -48 V DC?
Telecom and edge equipment is often fed at -48 V DC. The modular power system gives both -48 V DC and 230 V AC from the same rectifier and inverter modules, with battery strings per side.
Can we start with N and grow to 2N?
The architecture is set per project. A module designed for 2N can be delivered with one path populated; a module designed for N stays N.
Where do the batteries stand?
In the technical room, on the locally reinforced floor the specification names for battery cabinets, behind the EI 60 partition.
Send the rack layout. The module is engineered around it.
Rack count, width, depth and the density per rack set the room, the power architecture and the cooling. The specification sheet comes with the reply.
