The brief
A Central European civil protection authority tendered two identical 16-container accommodation bases plus a separate 20-unit mobile home package, for rapid deployment in a civil emergency. Each base had to be self-contained: sleeping accommodation, sanitary, food preparation, storage and a technical module, connected through corridor units, with a certified fire rating.

The corridor module is the whole design.
Five of the sixteen modules in each base are corridor variants. That is not layout preference; it is what makes the access route to every sleeping unit fire-protected, and it is what allows the base to be certified as a set rather than as sixteen separate boxes.

EI 30 priced into the panel, not bolted on afterwards.
Achieving EI 30 on this build adds a defined cost per module at the painting and panel stage. It was priced in from the first offer, which is why the number held.

Socket and detector counts taken from the specification, one by one.
61 extra sockets, 22 detectors, 14 climate units, counted against the tender annex rather than estimated per module. Under-counting these is the standard way a modular accommodation bid goes wrong after award.

How it got there and got accepted
The buyer cancelled the tender before award over a documentation problem on their own side, understood to concern the extended corridor module, and it is expected to be re-issued. The full specification, pricing and build-up survive and are ready.
