We engineer, document, and fabricate under one roof.
Steel goes in one end of the hall and certified, documented assemblies leave the other. Design, welding, machining, surface treatment, and quality control sit on one line in Bánovce nad Bebravou, so the people who draw a part are the people who weld and measure it. You get one accountable partner from the first drawing to the as-built file.

Each project is handed over with a complete technical file. We model and detail in Autodesk, then produce the shop documentation, calculations, and certificates a reviewer needs to sign off.
CAD drawings (Autodesk)
Design and detailing in Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor, the only CAD tools we run.
Shop and fabrication drawings
Part and assembly drawings dimensioned for the cutting, bending, and welding line.
3D models
Parametric 3D models for fit, clash, and revision control before steel is cut.
Bill of materials
Full BOM with sections, plate, fasteners, and finishes for pricing and procurement.
Weld procedures (WPS / PQR)
Qualified welding procedure specifications and procedure qualification records.
Structural calculations
Load, joint, and member calculations supporting the EN 1090 execution class.
CE-marking documentation
Declaration of performance and CE marking to EN 1090-1 EXC2.
Material certificates

Working envelope and finishes follow the project. Hot-dip galvanising, RAL paint to a cured booth, and surface preparation to EN ISO 8501 Sa 2.5 are available on request.
